We package and ship same-day via UPS 3-5 day shipping -- unless you live in Spartanburg, in which case, we can deliver items to you. There is an option for that in the check out.

While it is our intention that all sales be final, we do recognize that mistakes happen, and photos can be misleading (though never intentionally on our part). Just understand that these are literally our daughter's clothes that she has worn and outgrown. These are used and not new, and we don't have the same item in different sizes (not yet anyway).
